Wallform Panel

Wallform is idle for heavy and light duty multi-purpose formwork which gives maximum economy with excellent concrete finish. Wallform system of steel shuttering comprises of Standard Panels of different sizes with longitudinal Stiffener, Channel or Heavy Duty Soldiers and Tubes or Channel Walers. All these components are assembled together by four types of Clips of unique design. Wallform panels and Soldiers are manufactured out of2.5 / 3.0 mm thick MS. Sheets with slotted MS. Angle of 45x45x5 mm or 50x50x6 mm sizes.

Ms Plate/Centering/Steel Plate

Shuttering plate is made of high quality 3mm sheet with 35×5 mm steel angle. It is water tight shuttering which can bear the load of cement concrete placed on it. It can be used for horizontal, vertical or any other shape required for the work. It gives leveled surface which has good appearance. If the plaster is required, the thickness of plaster will be less.
